To get close to the revered God, who appears on this earth in a unique form of Ice Lingam, millions of worshipers walk through the arduous mountains to the Shri Amarnathji Shrine in South Kashmir every year in the summer months I pay tribute to the shrine being managed by the Shri Amarnathji Shrine Council ( SASB), which was established under the Jammu and Kashmir Legislature Act in 2000 with His Excellency the Governor of Jammu and Kashmir as President for office. The Amarnatheji Shrine Council is responsible for the better management of Shri Amarnatheji Yatra, improving facilities for holy pilgrims and related or related matters.
